Title: Guess what came out of the bag the other night???

I got a used Triton Elite from ebay and got it drilled.  Last week, I threw a 700 with it and ball was hitting like a truck!  Mabey I can get a honor score with it here real soon.  Keep ya posted.

Congrats! Keep up the good bowling!

The Elite was a great ball and I still see a few in my center every now and then.

Centers,

I was very fortunate to find one on EBAY as well and I have to agree with you, this ball produces result for such an old timer! Fixing to put it to the test again tonight along with an old Triton Heat I found on EBAY as well. Hopefully I will come to bare all good news to the Track community! God Bless you all!

The Triton Elite Solid was my all time favorite Track ball until I got the Havoc.

Last night, shot a 712 with the combo of the Elite and the Rule.  I started off using the Elite, shot 231.  I changed balls because I wasnt getting out of the ball good, mabey the pitch is off a little?  I changed to the Rule, and shot 234.  Rolling pretty good, and the last game shot 247.  I was pretty happy with the Rule Untill.........


The ball came back and it cracked right on the bottom of the thumb hole and was about 8 inches long.  And Im not talking about just a little crack, it looked as if the ball was starting to separate.  Kind of depressed to see that one go.  A friend of mine took it and he is going to throw it off the top of a Hyatt here in Wichita.  He wants to see if it will stay together.

kinda off topic, but if anyone needs a ELITE, I have 2 used ones, one that is 15# 10oz, and one that is 16#.. just thought i would throw that out there

If I'm not mistaken, the Slash, the Solution Power Plus, and Solution Power Plus EX all have the old "Triton" core ... a revival of a great core design.
