« on: February 09, 2006, 04:18:43 AM »
Hello I was suggested by a track rep to get a robo rule for my heavy oil ball I would like to know if it would still be best compared to a big one, passion, and a scorcin please if someone can let me know if it would that would be great.

dont think the robo is the way to go... just have many poeple at diffent centers and they just dont live up to their specs...

heard bad stuff on the passion also so definitly go with the scorching inferno, you cant go wrong there!!!

The Robo would fit just fine. I cannot compare it to the bi gone, or passion because I have not seen then thrown.

The Robo is my heavy oil ball...I have 2 drilled up right now.......and the weaker of the 2 is generally too strong for where I bowl, and when I hit a different shot it is nearly perfect for heavy. The stronger one is just too strong for any house shot I have seen.....and most sport patterns as well.

Also, in addition to the Robo, The Morich Total Shock and Awe and Seek and Destroy are also GREAT choices!

The Robo is one ugly ball in my opinion.  I have seen one in action at my league and it does roll nice.  From what I seen it has a strong mid lane and great hit.  I'm sure you can't go wrong with it.

Even though I don't care for how it looks I wouldn't mind trying it out.

I have yet to drill one myself but got to see one in action when I bowled against a friend that used one last week. And all I can say is WOW!!! He was able to get in deep in the oil and send it out to 8 or 10 and it made a nice strong move to the pocket and it didn`t quit. It lasted all three games and he shot around 720 or so first set out of the box.

Just to let you know all of the balls you listed other then the robo rule are all reactive balls where the robo is a particle.
