The Sheer Havoc is a particle pearl.  The regular Havoc is a solid.  There is no need to have both Havocs being solids.  The Sheer is a light load particle pearl.

I did some checking around and have not found yet where it is listed as particle pearl. The Havoc is solid reactive, not particle.

The appearance of a ball does not necessarily make it pearl. The FreakOut was not pearl, but it certianly looked it. The Animal is not pearl, but it also has the appearance of being pearl.

Being light load particle would help smooth the reaction down some vs the original Havoc. Particle pearl would do close the same, but it would not tame down the backends.
