Title: How do you guys prepare for a match play?

Just curious as to what you guys do to get ready for a big tournament. I've got my first one today, after doing very well in qualifying yesterday. Any pointers/tips would be helpful.

When bowling in matchplay or any bowling match where there is only going to be 2 bowlers I tend to try to take my time more. When 2 people are bowling in matchplay they can tend to start bowling fast instead of pacing themselves.
