Arsenal Reactive
« on: April 07, 2006, 02:37:20 PM »
Hi guys I have been pretty much using my AR(polished with NEO TAC RENEW IT) mostly for leagues and has worked out pretty well for me. I am looking for a ball that will fit under my polished AR.  I was looking at the Arsenal Artillery as well as the Machine.  According to Track's website both are for medium but I think the Machine might be too strong for mediums and might not go well under my Arsenal Reactive.  Guys if you could give me some input it would be greatly apprecieted.  The layout on my AR is 4 INCH PIN TO PAP, CG out just a tad with no weight hole.  My pap is 5 1/4 over and 1 up.

Thanks,

Doug

What are you looking for the ball to do in comparison to the Reactive?
a bit length with similar reaction, similar length with less overall hook, quite a bit more length with stronger backend reaction, etc.
I ask this cause there are a few that would fit but their characteristics are different.

Hey Doug,

You can still polish a Machine and get a good separation from the 2 with the proper layout as well.  A 5x5.25mb with pin about 3+ above mid line should get you very good length and allow for the 2 balls to have a good 4-5 boards in separation.  Hope this helps some....
