Well, I got the chance again this morning to bowl with Rock77 (Ryan) and in addition to still making me a believer in the Xception, now I want everything from the Heat line.... especially the Desert Heat. He was able to play down and in outside in addition to covering a wide angle shot and not lose any impact at the pins...

I'm surprised more people in his area aren't looking into the Heat line on his home house's new synthetic lanes. Then again, I'll be bowling a tournament there near the end of August and I think my Havoc will provide the best look on the lanes for my game (as I was able to throw this ball down and in 15-10 or swing it out to 4 board if I was willing to play slower and not lose any drive at the back).

So it looks like my next two purchases when I get the extra money together may be a Desert Heat and probably the Xception 5.0, as I'm in need of a strong particle pearl.

It was fun to bowl with Matt again.

I had to pull out all of the new equipment!! There wasnt really enough oil out there to show the true performance of the balls I had, but he got a good idea about the Desert Heat, Heat remake and Xception. Other than that, I didnt really get to throw the 5.0 much. I was able to use the Slash for a game.

All in all, bowling with Matt was a blast. We talked about technology, layouts and any bowling related topics we could come up with.

I must admit, I am exhausted from all the bowling. Since last Monday, I have taken one day off from bowling. My fingers and legs were killing me yesterday! Plus I have league tonight. I think I am gonna take it easy this week.
