Ok.... from what information i have seen from this ball it looks to be quite impressive.

The core from the Heat 2's and the Assassin (Power Rev), and the coverstock from the Phenom (Fang Particle). Lane conditions are supposed to be Medium oil but i think it could handle medium to heavy. Depends on the user i guess.
