I was debating to post this...but.....
« on: August 28, 2005, 01:05:07 AM »
My factory surface favorite drill GP2 (pin under ring, cg palm, mass bias left of thumb) with hundreds of games on it and already 2-800 series and a 300 earlier this year, spat out another 300 last night. Only had 172 the first game, came back with 22 out of the next 24 for 300-256 the last 2 for 728. Savalaged a brain dead first game. I can't say enough for this ball!

Clint,

Awesome comeback buddy! I guess that plan of yours to have 6 GP2's in the arsenal is going to be a good idea huh? Great rolling!

Great job Clint- still waiting for a first 300 out of any of my Track pieces, the closest I've come with Track is a 298 with the Rule last year....

Great bowling! Great save too!

Man, I wish I could see enough oil to throw that ball. Was swinging the house with an exception tonight. I can't even get enough oil for THAT!

Pattern was Classic league (Scratch league)..which is 42 feet, no buff 5-5. It is harder than the normal house shot, but you can still get away with errors knowingly. If you tug a few, as long as you have decent speed on it, you may be ok...send it wide, the dry outside 5 helps, and if your speed is a little soft, it will probably come back. The only question on both of them is carry, as Hunt Club is a tough place to carry...only 5-300s last year and 3-800s, and the house (24 lanes) is usually filled 4-5 nights a week with leagues.
