I won a ball !!!

I won a ball on Oct. 12 and I still haven't gotten my e-mail so I
can pick my ball. I tried e-mailing them and only got a generic
reply, has anybody else had any problems? I did check my spam folder
and nothing there either. Thanks.

You are a step ahead of me.. I keep entering.. I figure that everyone who knows about has already won, so sooner or later it will be my turn.. LOL.  With the current changes going on at Track, I'm sure its just a busy time there.  I wouldn't be too concerned.  From the winners list, they are backed up to Aug 31st.  I would give it a few more days and keep watching the list.

Way to go on the ball!

I won too...I had a problem receiving the email at first...so I called customer suppport and they fixed the problem.

I won one in September.  The email was there right away in the AM.  I responded to it and a couple of weeks later the ball arrived via UPS.  The coolest part was that several days after the ball arrived Del Warren called to offer his congratulations and to help with layout advice.  A BIG shame that Track let him go.

I talked to Track yesterday and they said they would forward my e-mail
to the tech dept. When I get my new ball I will be trying to fill a gap
in my arsenal, any help will be helpful. I now have a Hawg wild,raw pain
and a purple vibe. I also will not be trying to win another so more people will have a chance and good luck !
