Title: Is the Animal a particle pearl or particle solid or ?
Post by: charlest on January 28, 2004, 07:53:59 AM
BTM's review said it was a particle pearl. Track says it's Mega Fang, whatever the bleep that is?

What is it?

Particle Pearl. I would not let that fool you though. This ball flat out moves. charlest----as I stated in the message, if you take the compound finish off of the ball it will hook more than any other ball I have thrown. For most bowlers this is going to be an oil ball with the compound finish on it, let alone if you dull the ball to 800 grit wet sand.

Excaliber,

Sounds like it's far too strong and far too much hook for my hand and my conditions. I've recently tried a Black Cherry Bomb and had to get rid of it. I'm in the midst of an Anomaly test and so far it's a similar situation. (The rest is in a private message.)

Ho, Charlest, I thought you were able to determine the
nature of a coverstock only by seeing it?
I'm a bit disappointed...
HA,HA,HA!

Oh, yeah. You're the one who insisted Brunswick didn't know what they were talking about when they called their own ball, the Inferno, a pearl. Perhaps you should educate them.
