Not necessarily.  It depends on how far out of line they are and in which direction.

  GENERALLY, a ball with the cg shifted to the left is better for a right handed bowler, while a ball with it shifted right is better for a left handed bowler, but a LOT depends on how you drill it and what you are trying to get from the ball after drilling.

  In some cases, balls like this are actually preferable, depending again on the specific reaction one is trying to get from the ball.

The mass bias is not what is shifted left. The Pin and MB marker are locked into the ball. What is shifted is the CG. So with your ball you have the CG out of line to the right. You can still drill this ball up. You will more then not need a weight hole after it is drilled. Dont be worried though unless it is out of line a large amount you should have no problem getting the reaction you want and the side weight back to legal.
