kreitz-Great Track guy!
« on: January 22, 2006, 07:45:47 PM »
Had the pleasure of drilling up some balls for Ken again yesterday. Drilled a 5.0 earlier in the year and we decided to punch out a Delta. Ken drove 2 1/2 hours down to see me....well...we drilled the Delta out, got a nice look out of it, and decided to punch out an Arsenal Reactive as well.

Ken is a great guy, and if you ever get a chance to talk to him on here, listen as he has pretty good knowledge about the game!

with his ball speed, clint, where does he intend to use such big hooking balls?
unless of course, you put the mb AND THE PIN on the delta in his track ...
i would think that normally even the pba doesn't provide that much oil.

Ken bowls lots of PBA regionals in his area, and even ventured into my area in October to bowl one. We placed the pin under the left ring on the Delta, almost 6 inches from his PAP with the mass bias ending about 1 1/2 inches right of his thumb.

He already had one Reactive, so we drilled another one with the pin above ring, cg on the centerline about 1 inch up from the midline, highly polished with Delyaed Reaction.....

He added these to 2 5.0s, a SUPER STRONG GP2, Robo Rule, Desert Heat, Heat, and his Arsenal Reactive.

i was only half kidding; can't see him using that monster ball with almost any other drilling.

so did he say or imply that he wouldn't be using MoRich balls any more?? or are Track & MoRich the 2 brands he will be using in the near future?

Ken didn't have any MoRich with him....all he brought was Track, but he could have left a number of balls at home I am unaware of....

I figured you were kidding about the PBA shot, etc....
