Oh boy Oh boy!

My Robo is drilled.... YEEEEHAAAAA!

Thumb and fingerinserts need adjustment (had only the thumb redrilled for me)

Layout is pin under ring, cg out with the BC 2inches more right than on my Machine which is pin next to ring, cg out with the BC just right of thumb.

Why a Robo... why a used ball?

Cause I wanted the same core... I wanted a stronger ball... I didn't get a Robo NIB but this ball was almost a present

I am at least the third player with this ball as the thumb was already moved 2 times (maybe three) but my thumbhole ended EXACTLY in the filling of one of the others.... very good.

Let's see how much oil it "spits out" now and how it works... my Machine is skidding through lately (on the older center's lanes here, the new one is so horribly walled balls even burn up on the outside... there the Machine is so money)

Let's see what the Robo can do for me.

Grayson...
Enjoy your new toy.  The Robo handled a ton of oil for me and was extremely good with surface changes.  It was surfed everywhere from 500 to 4000 and polish.  I found it to be one of the more versitile covers from the old factory.

Took it to the lanes today.

Dumb me....

The guy I got it from told me the surface was 2000 (abralon I assume) and the driller while filling the thumbhole put a light coat of polish on it, too.

And I didn't recognize it .... so stupid.

Well the ball was rolling as strong and my Machine which is at 1000+ ... as strong but smooth to the max... no real breakpoint.

I searched my whole bag for a pad.... I normally always has a grey and a red one in my bag... this evening... nothing.

so I could not use it... cause with the smooth roll it was not carrying. Machine was.... wehn it got the pocket...

and guess what.... last game... last frame.... I found the pad

Took the RR down to 800 (maybe less ) and woohoo.... did that ball grab the lane....
I can't wait to try it on fresh lanes cause now on the used ones it was rolling too heavy...
The ball with this layout and the surface shows a smooth roll... very strong midlane and a controlled entry..

Maybe too much ... maybe more than I can handle

need to test it out and then adjust the surface to my need.
