Title: Kudos to Track Customer Service

I have the urge to get a strong MB ball and an urge to get a strong reactive, seeing as I have a lot of particles.

The havoc looks like the ball to get. so I emailed Track via there web interface this afternoon and asked some technical questions.

I did not expect to get an answer until next week sometime. I received it tonight!

support like that, makes me look at track a little harder then other company that do not answer questions.

a few more ball may find there way into my bag!

They have very quick customer service. I have not found a company better in that dept yet. Roto Grip is also very good.
