A Polished Havoc

What kind of ball reaction would i get if i polished my Havoc?

Hey Thagin,

For a cranker, about 9+ boards.
Tweener, about 6-8 boards
Stroker 3-5 boards

It straightens out quite a bit.   Of course this may vary depending upon the polish you use and how heavy a coat you apply.

Rick is right about it straightening. Yet it also is a little stronger on the backend when polished. I use to have my havoc be my surface ball. I could have it dull and play in oil or polish and play on dry. I must say that IMO it took to surface changes better then any other ball made. I mean to me no ball was that versital. It was a shame it was underrated and that the sheer didnt have the same core.

Rick and Scott are both right. I own two Havocs. One at Factory finish and the other sanded to 500 grit with an Abralon Pad and polished with 3M Finesse-It II. As Rick said, the polished one straightens out some in mid lane and when it hits the dry, it makes it moves and doesn't look back. Not a skid-snap, but an extremely hard driving arc with no burn out. As Scott said, the ball is one of if not most of the most versatile that I have ever seen.
