« on: December 08, 2005, 10:59:41 PM »
Does anyone know what the January release is going to be?  I know we have 3 new balls coming at the begining of the year and was just curious if anyone has an info yet?

Can anyone guess as to what they are?  The heat blast sounds like it will be a strong reactive heat.

The arsenal artillery i'm not to sure about but it may replace the freak a zoid.

The Machine is supposed to be the epoxy ball but from what I heard they decided to not use the epoxy cover.

Damned asymmetrics are for pansies!
They need the backend, , not I!
Every time I redrill a ball, it's either too much or too little. Sheesh! just because I change releases, no reason the drilling shouldn't read my mind and act accordingly.

My guesses:

Arsenal Artillery - Pearlized low-rg ball.  Probably a Power Pack Pearl, or Goo-LS on the Arsenal Reactive core or Freak-A-Zoid core.  D Pat ... care to share?

Machine - low-rg and extremely fast revving asymmetrical core wrapped in a very strong reactive coverstock (probably stronger than GOO).  I don't think the Epoxy coverstock will be used.  Another option would be a HUGE backending ball similar to The One and the Paradigm.

Heat Blast - same/similar core as the Blue Heat, with a particle pearl coverstock.  The 'Classic Performance' balls already has pearls (SPPEX, Desert Heat), solids (SPP, Slash), and a particle (Blue Heat).

... sigh ... I really don't like 'not knowing'.  I'm still anxious to get the Robo-Rule, but I'm having doubts whether I should get it or wait for the new releases.  I'd love a spare ball.
