« on: February 04, 2007, 03:12:02 AM »
hi track guys,

i don't really know stuff about track balls. my teammate has a robo rule and is looking for a track ball that is sanded, goes longer and has a more backend than the robo rule. can anyone help?

Why sanded?
I am guessing he doesn't like a polished surface.
There isn't really a current offering that comes sanded and will have that much more length than the Robo. The only current ball that isn't polished is the Mean Machine. The Mean does have more length and backend but it is still pretty early.
The surface finish has the most influence on the amount of length the ball will have.

he has a couple of polished balls in his arsenal. he loves his robo rule and just needs something that goes a bit longer and stronger. i think i'll tell him to get the mean machine. thanks for the help re-evolution.

The Mean Machine fits the description of the ball he wants perfectly.

Hey renE-,

I third the choice on the Mean Machine.  If your friend wants a ball for a little less oil, look into our Power Machine which is "longer and stronger" compared to the Robo Rule.

the phrases "sanded" and "goes longer" should never be said in the same sentence together lol, but.....i'd go with the Mean Machine.
