The Desert's here/possible arsenal tweak too

Finally the bag is full!! Going to leave the pin 1 1/2" from pap layout on it too and just redo the thumb, cant wait to have a roll with this baby tomorrow. For tourney conditions its prob spares only but on our old wood surface this might be first out of the bag(espec if i get our backends screaming again with the fixed up VLS!!)

so the bag for this weekend is

Desert Heat

The tweak i'm thinking of is with the Artillery, its in its oob condition and drilled pin above the ring finger with cg stacked below. Thinking of putting my fav layout on it(pin under bridge, cg kicked out) and shining it up to give me something a step below the Arsenal Reactive(which has lightly scuffed surface and the layout just mentioned) I wont shine the Artillery with that layout as i get nasty over under with shiny shells and high rg drillings. Just thinking with everything but the Rock and Desert having some surface i need one more ball with some shine on it, the 5.0 is a chance for this as well.

I think i've anwered my own question while practicing this afternoon on a decent volume of oil(here that means running the century 100 twice over every lane!!!) Compared to everything else the Artillery scooted a lot further down the lane and left messes at the other and. It'll have to stay like it is until the weekends done with but the pin under bridge layout will be going on it next week. It could even stay home this weekend and the Phenom may take its place. Ah yeah, loved the Desert as well. Slowed down and rolled up the boards it was usable, hits like a tank too. Launch it at normal speed and it goes straight at what you want to hit without the nasty skid that plastic can produce at times.

Job done, much more predictable now. Even with a bit more surface it still gets through the fronts a little cleaner than the AR. I get that stronger look in the midlane i like so much now and it still turns up hard in the back. Gotta wonder what would an Angular drilled like this do(pin under bridge about an inch and cg kicked out 3' from grip centre)
