right now my dad is throwing a slash right now and wants something new what is new in the track line that is similar to the slash i know absolutely nothing about track

Not much anymore now that they've been acquired by Ebonite. Maybe the Solution PP, has the same core (but with a slightly lower diff) and almost the same cover. Maybe the Heat Blast with a similar surface prep.

Alright, I haven't ever thrown a Slash or seen it in action, but I read that it is a performance ball that rolls well in medium/heavy oil. I would advise an Inertia or Machine. You can check Track's website if you want to learn more. Another amazing ball is the Arsenal Artillery. However, that is a ball designed for just medium oil, but medium oil for me can be light oil for you (or your dad, for that matter).

slash and the solution pp were almost identical maybe just that the slash was able to cover more oil. Other then that everything was almost the exact same.

The Slash and the Solution PP are close. The Solution actually corners a tad harder than the Slash....but they are close.
