Wes Malott's Equipment
« on: December 01, 2006, 06:07:52 AM »
Does anyone know what big Wes uses during week besides the Power Machine? He makes that ball look very nice. I just ordered mine today.

He will be back though. Wes will win several more titles this year. I predict 5 titles.

here is malotts arsenal

power machine
spare ball

His arsenal for the week was as fallows:
2 power machines
2 inertias
1 heat remake
ace hardwear spare ball.
I know that because I watched him drag a three ball roller with the ace ball on the handle and a tote into the center. Also I noticed that he uses semi fingertip. I know that from watching see his hand in person on a few hand shakes and looking at how short his span is. No way that big man has that short of a span with normal finger tip with his size of a hand.

He made an adjustment, and he hit the skid spot that WRW and Ryan S. had problems with in the earlier matches.

He did make the right choice, he tried both of his pm's with alt surfaces from abralon pads and they were just to jumpy, and both of his inertias were just not setting up strong enough into the pocket. I think he left like 2 8-10s on both lanes with the inertias. So he made the right choice, but he got ripped on that 9 pin as I stated. From what I seen it was the best ball he threw with the heat.
