making the move to track
« on: July 09, 2010, 03:04:33 PM »
Well after seeing a few Track balls rolling down the lanes and being impress by a few 505C, 505A, 715C to name a few, I will try one out. I am a Hammerhead but im going to mix my arsenal with Track and Hammer. I am in need of a strong pearl in my arsenal so I'm going to get a 607A. I will probably put a pin up drill on this ball since I dont see much oil at the house I bowl at. Can this ball be a good ball on fresh if I add a little surface? Plus im not a big fan of polish on my bowling balls.

So my 2010-11 arsenal will be

Plague (replace Jigsaw)
Black Widow Solid
607A
Rayzr
Spare Ball

How strong is the 607? Could it be a benchmark ball?
--------------------
Arsenal

Jigsaw
Black Widow Solid
Pearl Cherry Bomb
Emerald Vibe
Rayzr
Urethane Black Hammer

Hammer and Lane #1 make a good team.
Arsenal

Alias
Paradox Trilogy
Impulse Solid
Venom Shock
Primal Rage
Cherry Vibe
Black Widow Urethane
Black Urethane

You could very well use the 607A as a benchmark ball with some surface to it. It is a very angular pearl from what I've seen and would definitely add a different look to the rest of your arsenal. The 715C is a good benchmark ball to have but you can also get the 607A as a go-to ball when you need to move more toward the middle of the lane. I'm putting mine on pre-order next week and cannot wait to try it out. I've used Track balls for 5 years since the Xception and Machine lines and they make some great products that will make you come back for more.
