Mean Machine or Machine
« on: April 02, 2007, 04:10:29 PM »
I have both of these with similar pin and mb setups. The MM is drilled slightly stronger and i was wondering which i should really sand down as my heavy ball for pba shots? The Machine worked the best but now i have more speed and so i was wondering if the machine's particle or the mean's control coverstock would be the best for that kind of oil layout??? Thanks

Hey Rieck,

I recommend to sand your Mean (it is the stronger ball by nature) down to a burgundy pad (approx 500-600 grit).  I did this to mine a couple of months ago and it rolls very nice for the heavier stuff.  Hope this helps some...
