I bought an Arsenal reactive last fall and found out, after I had "lost faith" in it, that it was "out of round" (flat spots where the ball was flaring).
Even though I never registered for the warranty after buying it from my pro shop, I contacted Del via his email addy; after providing him with all of the specifics, he forwarded my inquiry to Dawn(Customer Service Mgr.) who in turn gave me a return authorization number for a Fed Ex pickup.
To make a long story short, less than a month after the ball was picked up, I received a replacement ball from them at no charge.
Good customer service and GREAT people !!!
