I know that Rock77 has a Mutant Mania in his bag, well I was made an offer for a NIB Mutant Joker at a reasonable price to pick up. I know it is an overseas version of the Mutant, and based on what I read of the specs they are the same as the Mutant (2.50 RG, .056 differential) and both are particle balls. Based on what I've read their designed for heavy oil...
I'm trying to decide whether it would be worthwhile to pick one up to replace my Animal (as I'm getting a ton of games in this past year with the ball between leagues and tournaments) or if it could give me another look on heavy oil. What does everyone think? Or should I stick with getting a GP2 probably?

Matt, I would pick up a GP2, but if you can swing it, the Mutant Joker would be a nice step down from the GP2.

Matt,
I have a Joker, it is not an oil ball. It has the Mutant core....and the Freak Out coverstock.
It is less than a Rule. Get the GP2 for oil

Hey Matt,
I also have one NIB but I'd agree with Ex. The MJ is not designed for heavy oil, my best guess with that cover and core is a stronger Freakout. I'd definitely go with the GP2.
