As I mentioned in a thread yesterday, I was looking to come up with some cash to buy the only other pro shop within 20-25 minutes of me. My wife and I just got word today we have been approved, which surprised the heck out of me since we just bought a house and a brand new van within the past 4 months. What this means is now I have NO competition within 20-25 minutes of me, plus, instead of being free-standing, I am now going to be in a 24 lane center. I will have a constant flow of traffic instead of just the people who know me. I appreciate everyone's help here yesterday.

In my town, you can't charge more then 180 out the door for a high perf...and that is throwing in grips and slug. I ma just happy that I don't have to compete day in and out anymore!
