wow its a particle ball?

The rule is a reactive and everyone says ho wmuch it hooks. If this thing dosent have head oil it'll burn up so dang fast.

I'm having difficulties understanding Track's hook rating system.  I thought that the max hook rating was 40, so by suggesting a hook rating of 42 must mean a super duper ultra wow hooking ball.  

From seeing what Rick did with the Rule, it's hard to believe that any ball could possibly be stronger.  It's not that I'm confused; rather, I don't quite understand the hook rating system Track uses.
