Hey people...

I`ve been contemplating on getting a reactive ball that could open up the backends like no other....just something to have fun with.
I was looking at the Roto Grip silver streak pearl(i know i know..

), but i`ve decided to just keep within Track. I`ve had both the Thrash and the Revmaster. The Thrash was a beautiful particle ball that reacts like a reactive, but I had to let it go because it didnt come off my hand properly. And I let go of the Revmaster because the drilling on the ball was not giving me the reaction I liked after changing my style of play.

So, I was just wondering if anyone had drilled a Revmaster with a 5x4 or 5x3.5 drilling(pin above fingers, cg swung out). I had my previous Revmaster drilled 4x3, pin beside ring finger. I would like to know the reaction that comes off for tweeners with this drilling. Im very discouraged from the reaction that I got from my previous one, but I am open to forgive this ball and put it in my arsenal once more

Im in a juggle between drilling up another Thrash, or another Revmaster...any suggestions will be considered.

After deciding to go with the Revmaster, I called my supplier to hear that the Revmaster is discontinued...

I havent looked at the Havoc too much, dont know why, but now I am starting to think that this ball should be put into my arsenal with the same setup(5x3.5, MB on VAL) that I was going to layout on the Revmaster. Simply taking off the smooth surface and putting some polish to emphasize length.

Looking for input from people who have thrown this ball...

Rick, George, Anthony, Carl....it'll be nice to hear from you guys..

Keep in mind that I am out for a polished reactive that gives me "a earlier reaction on heavier and/or longer patterns but still strong downlane"

Hey Mr T,

I would definitely say you'd have to polish the Havoc if you want it to resemble the Revmaster at all in the drill positioning that you mentioned. Ex and I had this ball hooking quite a bit like that. Unless you take the mb to a weaker position, Anthony C.(my New karaoke partner

) has this ball going pretty long for him with a weaker mb positioning. I'm sure they'll chime in...
after reading these posts, I think I may take my down also or try some polish to get a different look....hope this helps bud.

Karaoke huh

I couldn't hit a tune if I were a mute!

tenpinspro and Ex are right. This ball is strong when you put the MB in a strong position (duh!

) . I simply had the MB in too weak position for mine (another's on the way). Since the RG is higher and flare is not as strong, you can possibly go with a slightly stronger pin since you will be polishing it. Like a 4.5x3 with MB on VAL or right in between the VAL and strong. This should give you what you are looking for.
