I have a Rule that has about 30-35 games on it. The ball has been maintained well but now has "spider" type cracks at and above the bridge as well as in the the Pin itself. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what has Track done, if anything? I understand their basic warranty rules from their web site so I don't need that info. Just wondering how they handle circumstances that might not meet all of their criteria (such as shop of purchase and original box, etc).
