I like my 920T

Using it with lite polish. Its a ball that I use when I need a smoother angle to the pocket. Would a 811CT drilled the same and w/same surface roll similar?

They would definitely have similar overall hook, but the 920T would still be the best option for a cleaner/smoother reaction between the two.
