I know this is sort of a retread, but, with the next high performance ball coming next month, what do you think this ball will be? A Pearl GP2? Something else? I have ZERO clues to what it is, so anything I say is 100% TOTAL SPECULATION!
I personally am hoping for either a Pearl GP2 or another dull resin like the original Rule.
What do you think?

Why do you need my signature?....You know who I am.

HM, what about the GOO LS with the GP2 core (tuned so the RG is lowered a bit)?
Sounds nice.

Not necessarily. The GP2 core has a different "body" than that of the Xception. I was thinking something like the GP2 core with maybe an additional flip block on the bottom as well.

NOOO!! Stop, the temptation is too great. I'm behind on my ball-buying. I still need a Slash, Heat, Aggressive, Angular, Xception and GP2. Releasing another ball will only break my heart knowing I will not be able to get it!
LOL!! I think a particle pearl GP2 ball would be awesome!

Could it be called the xception 5.0. I posted it before.

im with ice on this one

Well, since Track now has a high performance symmetric, I would like to see the Freak-A-Zoid core in a the (GOO or GOO LS) cover
This would offer a very low RG symmetrical core to a very strong resin cover.

i was talking to a few guys tonigh that i've drilled GP2's for, and they all agree, as do i, a pearl particle GP2 would be the bomb!!!. I like chappy's idea too, as my FAZ is awesome!!!

I do not know when an official release date is set for. May would be my guess.
On the Epoxy topic, you may get to see what you are wishing for as far as that coverstock on a Track ball, or C300 ball. (I am speaking out of opinion here, so no one should get all worked up expecting it soon). I would bet that it would hit a C300 ball before it would get close to Track. That would be very interesting though.

Adam,
Yeah, I said it. More than likely it is just me being as interested as you. As I mentioned, I do not know that it is going to happen, but it would definately be interesting.

Track is about evolution.
So, how about this.
Take the Mutant core and revolve it symmetrically and put a flip block on it. We need a Track ball with some weight on the bottom for that later steady, arching roll. That would give us something to battle the infernos with. (Heck, that's how they got the idea to begin with.) Red, gold and black polished reactive goo cover.
Anyone drolling for that. Chitown would love it.

Lane Bed,
If they made the Mutant core symmetrical wouldn't that be the same as making the Freak symmetrical as they did with the Freakazoid? I believe they used the same core body?
Having a flip block to the bottom would be nice though. Another core I liked that I thought they could use a little bit more was the havoc core.

It'll be surprising to see a ball provide more backend than the Xception. I'm just imagining: when the ball touches the dry, it flies to the pocket of the other lane

liquid core, wood cover. maybe a 4 particle ball. i have not thrown the gp2 but something very dull for higher speed players would be cool. maybe not 1 ball but sell something in a 12pack pretty cheap: a ball that explodes a on impact.

I said the Mutant "core", not just the Morepheus weight block. The Mutant has 2 weight pieces added to it. They also would be part of what would be revolved. We could leave off the lever on the side a good look at the Inferno (really compare cores) and that is what they did (put a couple of gussets on the side in place of the rev lever). Adding a small flip block would help increase roll in the early part of the last with a lot of power stored at the finish. We could use a ball like this.

Essentially, it'd be a FAZ core with a flip block at the bottom. Not that that's a bad idea. I really like my Mutant.

I'd love, need, want, and therefore would definitely buy a ball with a high performance core in a plastic shell. A urethane ball would be awesome too!

It would not look like that. The FAZ core tapers "in", a revolved Mutant would taper out. Got to a site and check the cores.
