or is it just the Threat? This is important for a bowler like me since I don't throw hard and don't get messengers flying everywhere. Is this the characteristic of the company or is in the ball. I am thinking about going to a Mutant for an oil ball so your responses will be helpful.

"Messengers flying everywhere" are due to two things:

1. Entry Angle
2. Ball Speed

If you don't have sufficient entry angle, you don't get the head pin bouncing off the side at an angle that will stay on the lane and take out other pins. If you don't have sufficient ball speed, no angle is going to help you - best you can hope for is what I call a "UPS" - it just rolls up slowly and delivers the package. You must have ball speed for "air mail" messengers.

I used the Threat tonight. Ask Doc Hollywood if it kept the pins low.
