Hey lilp,

IMHO, the Animal is still by far the best heavy oil ball to date.  Even though there are couple of balls from other companies made for heavy, they do not have the backend reaction of the this ball.  Drilled properly with pin, mb placements and the correct surface adjustment matched to your amount of oil, the Animal lives up to its name.  Here's a simple question, when's the last time you had a heavy oil ball that could also hook on the backend?  This is what the Animal offers, what you're hearing from others is not by coincidence.

If you haven't drilled it yet and need some help, feel free to ask and one(or a a few) of us will chime in and help you.  We at Track believe in teamwork and this is just one of your benefits being a Track ball owner.

Hook on the backend is right!  When I used the Animal for the first time in league last night, my teammates couldn't believe how much my ball was hooking!  I've always been a "down and in" style bowler who struggled when he had to move left...well, not anymore!!!  I start in the middle of the approach with this ball and throw it between the second and third arrow out to about 5-7 board and then the ball makes a good, hard but controlled turn toward the pocket.  On fresh oil, this ball is incredible!  And even when the oil starts to go, its still pretty strong.  Didn't really start "losing" anything with it until about midway through the third game last night...probably should have switched to the Crash at that point but I didn't.

BTW...I don't have the exact "numbers" on the Pin/MB to PAP measurements but I can tell you that the pin is directly to the right (about 1/2") of my ring finger and the MB is kicked out about 2" to the right of and slightly below my thumb hole. (Span is 4 3/4" on both fingers and see profile for PAP info).

Thanks fellas I really appreciate that. I plan to woop some butt with it in league. I give it a couple more days before I have it fully together and ready to be thrown.
