Have a Gp2 for oil, agressive for med with some carry, and desert heat
for dry.  Would likeone more ball to fit in between the agressive and the
desert heat. Would like a ball for medium light to medium conditions.  Now the hard part. How would you drill the ball you suggest.  Pap 4 1/2 rt, 1 1/2up
medium revs and about 16 to 17 mph.

Thanks

Bill

Really, the Slash, Heat, Solution PP, and the Solution PP Ex all fit in between the 2....Slash and Solution PP, being dull, would be closer to the Aggressive and handle more oil, maybe more than you want....the Heat and Solution PP Ex would probably be the best choice right now to handle the lighter side of the medium.

As for a drill, I Like Bar's suggestion of pin over bridge..but pin over fingers would work for me as well....

Bill,

I would go with either the Arsenal Angular or the Solution PP.....depending on the reaction that you hope to get out of the medium condition addition to your arsenal.

As for layout....it would really depend. First I would probably want to know what kind of layout you have on the Aggressive.

The layout on the Aggressive is pin by ring (4 from PAP) cg 4 1/2 from PAP, factory surface.

clint,

given his stated PAP (Pap 4.5" rt, 1.5" up) with very high "UP" factor,
wouldn't that put the pin over the center of the bridge, or am i missing something???

Maybe that was the original drill before we decided a different one...might have ended 3x4...?

I would go with the arsenal angular and drill it for length with the pin above the fingers and kick the cg right to 1 oz no balance hole.

chi,

wouldn't that put a huge gap between the Desert H & the Angular?
might not a Heat or a polished Solution PP be a better fit?

I don't think there would be a gap.  But that's me.  I don't think a bowler needs more than 4 balls in an arsenal.  Your thoughts about the heat and soloution is proabably a better fit.  I just feel it really depends on the bowler.  The angular is really versatile and can cover med to light oil well.  If the bowler has a faster ball speed then the angular would be the way to go.

I meant pin over the fingers anywhere...not just splitting the bridge.

Thanks to all.  Kinda of leaning towards a solutions PP or Heat.

Again Thanks,

Bill
