Track ball give away
« on: August 20, 2006, 08:49:42 AM »
Track, where is my son's ball? I won the Track ball a day give away on the 18th of July. Put in the order for the ball excactly 4 weeks ago today. The ball still hasn't arrived! Didn't put in for a ball for me, but for him. I've emailed Track & even called Del Warren, he didn't answer so I left him a message. Haven't heard a peep from anybody! Come on Track, where is your customer service? I know the ball is free. I really do appreciate what they are doing. How long to ship from Texas to Georgia? If it was for me it would be different, I have plenty of balls. He wants to move up to 14 lbs. Fall leagues are starting, he would like to have the ball.

You need to call Track directly. Del is the president, but he is not in charge of the ball a day giveaway. Call the office and inquire about the ball.

Hopefully they can still get it there in time for his league.

I have called Track also. Left a message, no response. I will call them again today, hopefully I'll get someone live.
