What's the deal with the Determinator Spin Time?
« on: May 23, 2005, 11:20:52 AM »
I know the Xception 5.0 has their lowest yet but what exactly does it do?
Also, for fun, how does the Xception 5.0 look going down the lane. I'm a big fan of a ball with bright logos on it. Can you see the yellow on it?

Lower spin time means the ball's mass bias is more influential and that it revs up quicker thus providing more midlane reaction (from what I understand).

I've only seen the ball thrown by one person who gets medium revs, and the ball sure does look pretty.  The yellow logo on it isn't very noticeable, but the overall colour of the ball is eye-catching!

Yup, the lower the spin time the more dramatic effect the MB plays in the reaction.

As for the logos, if you have a lower rev rate, the logos on the 5.0 will stand out a bit more than some rolling down the lane.

Sir Bowls-A-Lot nailed it.

The lower the spin time, the more of an affect OR the sooner the affect of the MB placement has on the ball.

I thought the same thing with the original Nighthawk, wich the Havoc essentially is.
