Does anyone still use their original Phenom? How has the cover held up and has it died on you yet? If it has died, were you able to bring it back to life?

I still have 1. I have yet to resurface it and it still has the same look on the lanes as it did after it got broke in for a few games. It was my main ball until the GP2 came out, even over the Animal. Factory surface, never polished. Since I was brought aboard the Track staff in August of last year, I have noticed more how much longer it seems the cover holds up compared to the brands I was using before and how well the covers take cover changes.

I use mine. I did resurface it once but it's still holding up really nice.

I still have mine...it has about 500+ games on it now. At around 300 games I had it resurfaced and put through the Ebonite Hook Again system because it wasn't finishing as hard as it used to. It still hooks and carries very well!

I have the Unleashed ( yes I know it's a different ball ) and it still hits like a tank! I haven't resurfaced it yet and it has at least 400 games on it easy.

I drilled a Phenom for my father when it was released. He has not experienced any loss in reaction. Ofcourse, he has me clean it up and keep the cover fresh. It has never been resurfaced.
