I picked up a used phenom a few weeks back...have been incredibly pleased with the reaction and carry....733/650/787 the last three weeks....It seems to match up well with my style...
Have any of the recent releases been touted as a replacement for the phenom? Or should I search out a NIB as a replacement?

NIB aren't that hard to find still, but the animal was the replacement for it (although not as much backend as the phenom and it hooks more than the phenom).

Good shooting, the Phenom was my go to ball until the GP2 arrived.....

tgs300,
I think the closest reaction that Track currently has to the Phenom is the Rule. The Rule will probably offer up a little more backend, but overall hook are very close.

For me the closest thing to the Phenom has been the Aggressive. They both flare a ton and arc really strong with very similar break points.
