With all of the great equipment that Track makes and puts out, its hard to not go out and buy every single release. I have been buying alot of balls as of late and really probably wont stop anytime soon. However, every now and then we run into a ball that you really want to work for you but it just doesnt happen.

For me right now, its my Slash. This ball is very jumpy on the backend for me. Its drilled pin over bridge, cg swung right about 1" with a small weight hole. The cover its OOB.

This ball is alot more in the backend than I thought it would be. I will probably alter the cover a bit to see if I can get a different read out of it, but the way it is right now, it is far from my benchmark ball. I really want this ball to work for me because I am sure it will bail me out if I ever get into trouble, but right now it is too snappy for me. Do any of you guys have a ball that you want to work but wont comply with you??

I was actually able to throw the Slash a few times over the past week and a half. While it is ver aggressive in the backend, I was also able to see the potential this ball has if I alter it a bit. I think I am going to take the cover down a bit and see how that goes.

It already has a weight hole so I dont want to mess with that. Once you take weight out, you cant put it back. At least if I take the cover down, I can always return it to normal. I will give this a try and see how it goes.
