Although most faithful Track users have one by now, I will still give my input based off a few weeks of use. I feel after using everything that was sent to me enough I can compare and contrast between the balls. My stats are 17-18 MPH, very high track (1/8 of an inch from the fingers, 1/16 or less from the thumb). I lay out all my bowling balls exactly the same. The only difference is tops, covers, etc. All balls have the pin just below my ring finger, cg in the palm, mass bias either left of my thumb or under my thumb. Unleashed #1 has its cover out of the box, almost a light polish looking after a few games if you don't clean it, so make sure you clean your Phenom Unleashed with some Track Magic Clean N Dull if you don't want the shine buildup. Mass bias ended up to the left of the thumb. Absolutely the most even rolling ball I currently have, but without sacrificing the big backend pop. If anyone remembers Walter Ray killing the PBA with this ball last year, you will recall he would go straight up the boards and this ball finished GREAT! This ball is a good compliment to my Animals, as it seems to fit right between them reaction wise. Unleashed #2 has a polished cover. Ball will skid...skid....skid...skid....SNAP. Mass bias under the thumb on this one. Control drilling with some extra length gives me pretty good pop, but for how fast I throw, I do need some dry for this one to finish. Great arsenal ball for those tournaments where you are crossing lanes or you encounter really fried heads.
As ALWAYS, if you have any questions, please write or contact me as I will respond to you as time allows me.
Have a great day!
