Title: Power Machine layout question
Post by: pate08 on March 19, 2007, 04:59:17 PM
When I get my Power Machine, I'm going to have it be my ALOT of board covering ball So for the layout, how would pin at 4 inches away from pap and mb at 45 degrees work? My pap is 4 1/2 by 1 1/2. I want this to be the ball that I can rely on to come back. Any other suggestions for layouts? All help appreciated

Placing the MB at 45*....how far would that have it from your PAP?

I drilled mine at 6" away and the mb was 1.5" away from my thumbhole. Worked really well with a little surface but not when i polished it. If you throw 16 im actually selling it if you want another...

Hey pate,

I'd go with a 4 x 3.5-3.75mb with the pin 3.25-3.5 above mid line.  This should allow for good length plus very good movement on the backend.

In wanting to cover "ALOT" of boards, we'd typically like to get a ball to store most of it's energy to allow it to recover or turn the corner downlane.  Hope this helps some....
