Man, last night I had a chance for the big 800 again.

*GOSHHHHH!* in Napoleon Dynamite's Voice
I am kicking myself for missing a few spares that cost me a chance at my next 8.
Oh well, maybe next time since the season is till early.
House was synthetic with Medium-Heavy concentration of oil with noticeable hang area around the 6-7 Board. Backends were semi-clean, but with noticeable carrydown. Threw only 2 practice shots as I came in late. One with the Slash and one with the Delta.
Started the first game and pulled out the Delta. Laying the ball down at the 10 board and basically staying behind the ball. The ball was revving real nice down the lane and made a strong backend arc about 45 feet down the lane. Kind of like an up the boards shot.
What was amazing about the Delta was, almost everyone on our pair was fishing for the shot. Not too much free hook as people were leaving 2-8-10's, washouts, etc. I started playing in and found out I had some hold/tug room with the Delta. All of a sudden I had area laying the ball down anywhere between the 15-10 boards to as far as 6 at the breakpoint! (Remembered what Rick taught me about finding Tug room and playing on a *Black & White shot* with little or no free hook)
The Delta would hold if I got it into the oil and still drove through the pocket. I got the ball out to around the Hang Area (6-7 board area) and the ball was able to turn the corner and scramble the pins for a couple of scramble strikes. With all the oil in the middle portion of the lane, I was the only one playing that much in and I got pretty much the same look for the whole 3-game set.
Can't say enough about this ball. All I have left is to see the Floods (Heavy-Heavy Oil) to see what this ball is really made of. Well, thanks for the read and hope you guys are enjoying your Delta too!
