I presently have a 916AT in box finish and like the reaction of the ball. I also have a 715T NIB that I was thinking about selling or maybe drilling it up. My question is this.
If I keep both balls in box finish, is there going to be a noticeable difference in the reaction of these 2 balls to justify having both in my bag?
Any comments would be appreciated.

I threw both at a Demo and I think the 916AT was stronger but the 715T wasn't that much farther behind. If you wanna drill the 715T and polish the 916AT then yeah keep it. If not then I'd sell the 715T.
Just what I think...

The strength of the balls are similar but for me the AT hooks more on the backend. The 715T rolls more and hooks less on the backend.
They will supplement each other quite well. Especially if you keep them at two different surface grits or use two different layouts on them.
You can se how they compare for me in this link: http://www.bowltech.dk/ballreviews/author/michael/

I was able to throw both, and for me the 916AT was ridiculously stronger than the 715T.
It was so strong it actually convinced me not to buy the ball as I don't know when I'd ever encounter that much oil. Great piece for those that regularly encounter the soup and still want angularity. Or those not blessed with hand this is a must buy for those that are rev challenged.
