Those of you who have been around for a couple of years remember the "Divas". Formely those Divas were the ladies that answered the phone in San Antonio, Cindy and Dawn.

We have a new Diva, her name is Vicki. She is the person that takes the initial phone calls or emails and runs Track's live chat. She is the first person in place when a customer has a question or concern. Her title is Track CSR.
