Are they legal for sanction competition?

Clint: Thanks. My buddy gave me his New Bonanza Ball last night.

It suppose to be a Rule GP2. The only bad thing is that it doesn't

locate where the Mass Bias is. So if i decide to drill it, it would really be

a total guess.

Without a determinator, it is a TOTAL guess. It could be anywhere. Thats the trouble with 2nds as well, as it could be a 2nd due to a mismarked mass bias....
