Resurfacing
« on: December 02, 2003, 02:30:38 PM »
Do u guys suggest resurfacing a ball even if there is no evident lost on ball reaction. I have my track money which i had used for about 400games since i bought it(since i only use 2balls the other is spare ball) and it seems to have a deep track already. Though it still hooks and hits the same way since i bought it from a fellow BR, I just dont like seeing the deep tracks on the ball. I fear that I might lose the hit and hook from this ball from having it resurfaced. thanks

I wouldn't worry about it.  Old phrase, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
If and when you begin to see the change in hitting power, then I'd go ahead and do it but don't worry, it doesn't lose it's hitting power, I've Haus-ed mine a couple of times just to tweak the surface and the ball still hits great.
