The first thing as to why the ball isn't finishing very well is because of the high polish at 3500-grit.  At such a high grit along with the pearlized characteristic of the coverstock doesn't allow it to create enough friction to make a decent move on try.  This means that it should be and probably is on carrydown.

The kind of setup you have is for the ball to go long (pin placement above the fingers) and rev really late (mass bias to the left of the thumb) - assuming you're a right hander.  This drilling is generally used for control as balls drilled this way don't overact, and they provide a smooth controllable arc.

If you would like the ball to handle carrydown better, try scuffing/dulling it a bit with a scotchbrite pad.  This should help it create more friction and it will allow it to be more aggressive on clean backends.  If you would like a more aggressive move overall, you could have the ball re-drilled with the mass bias closer to your PAP on the right side of the thumb.

I agree with what clint said. That layout it for extreme length, and with a 3500 surface on the cover, it's bound to scoot a long way before reacting. I suggest knocking some of the shine of so that she will grap and roll a little.
