i have a lev rg and i know what it will do on the longer and flatter pba patterns at 1000 abralon. i also saw that it got 9.5 ratings on all three styles on oil in the BTM review, have never seen that before as far as i can remember. BTM also said that the rising is a medium oil ball at 4000 abralon and made a rather vague statement that it could handle oil with more surface. what i really want to know is, will the rising at 1000 abralon handle the heavier conditions as well or better than the lev rg. i have seen it in action twice. tenpinspro (solid physical game) on a short oil condition and another bowler (not so solid physical game) throw it on a medium heavy condition, so i think i know what it will do on house shots. i am not interested in the rising for house shots. will the rising at 1000 abralon fill the oil slot for the heavier, flatter pba patterns, the usbc open team event shot, and the BTM tournament shot?
