gravity....
This is a easy one for a change. The Robo Rule over the Animal. I still use my Animal every week and have tried to replace it by have not had a lot of luck.
For me the Animal is more of a medium oil ball, but that is just me.          If you can find a GP-2 that would be a great ball for heavy to the flood. For tournaments this is what I still use, when I know the lanes will have a lot of oil. Hope this helps you out some. I know a lot of Trackers will chime in on this topic.

The Robo Rule was pretty under-rated if it comes to me. I have never even seen the ball thrown.

And if you are looking for an animal - I have two quality 1sts, that are single drill rh if interested.

Eather one will work great for what you want, yet you will have to sand the cover down somewhat so it can handle the flood with the best of perfromance.

Hey gravity,

Either piece could work as Scoot states.  You just want to make sure you place the pin and the mb in appropriate positions for earlier roll (for heavy conditions usually) and adjust the cover accordingly for what you want the ball to do.  Our truest heavy oil ball was the GP2 however as jody has already stated.

I like the Animal for this spot.  The Animal is a very unique ball in that it can be used on heavy all the way to light oil.  Bring the cover down to 600 grit and it works great on heavy long oil patterns.  change the cover to 2000 grit and it can be used on light oil.  The more the lanes dry out the less this ball hooks.  This is unlike reactive balls that hook more and more as the lanes dry out.

Dunno for sure, but I would vote Animal.  However, your Mean Machine should do the trick, just move a little bit.
