Has anyone had any problems with their robo-rules cracking or not taking oil? I never heard of any problems but definately cracked mine. The oil thing might just have something to do with the volume and saturation of this ball and the house i use it in. but Cracks? cmon. my EPX did this too. Very Very discouraging. How is Track on taking care of issues like this? I can't get ahold of the vendor in which i purchased it from.
