I have a Rule that has about 30-35 games on it. The ball has been maintained well but now has "spider" type cracks at and above the bridge as well as in the the Pin itself. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what has Track done, if anything? I understand their basic warranty rules from their web site so I don't need that info. Just wondering how they handle circumstances that might not meet all of their criteria (such as shop of purchase and original box, etc).
**Just want to say that Track customer service exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

Give them a call, talk to Dawn or Cyndi and they would be more than glad to help or at the very least point you in the right direction!

Track's customer service is great. I bowl in the same weekday league as Cyndi, and she is a super nice lady.

Glad to hear ozsweet, The Track "divas" and home office crew ARE amazing. They're bombarded with tons of work these days since the consolidation of Columbia and yet they still find a way to provide a level of service that is unsurpassed. This is why you guys get what you get here, I'm just trying to follow their footsteps...
